Privacy policy
Updated: September 12, 2026
We collect strictly the minimum necessary to provide the service.
1. What data we collect
We collect only your email address, your language preference, and your notification consent. We do not collect your name, date of birth, postal address, or card data. Your account also retains your usage statistics: learning progress, correctness rate, and your own notes and flags on questions.
2. Billing
Billing and payment data remain exclusively with Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for your purchases. We do not see or store your card data.
3. Authentication
You sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email, valid for 10 minutes. We do not use permanent passwords.
4. Cookie-less analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. This service does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors, which is why we display no consent banner.
5. Notifications
Transactional emails (login code, receipts, lock warnings) are always sent, as they are required for the account to function. Review reminders are off by default and only turn on through an explicit opt-in, with one-click unsubscribe.
6. Data retention
When you delete your account, content and statistics are permanently deleted. Rows in the credit ledger are kept with the identifier replaced by an anonymous one, solely for accounting integrity and to avoid invalidating referral commissions already paid to other users.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, or account deletion at any time. You can contact us for any request regarding personal data at the contact address published on the site.
8. Subprocessors
We use Cloudflare (infrastructure, D1, R2, cookie-less analytics), Paddle.com (payments, merchant of record), and an email provider for delivering login codes and transactional notifications. Details are listed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
